THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
We are the growing product and tech team in Content Solutions and are building a platform dedicated to creating fashion content.
Currently, our products support the production of media and enrichment of 1000s products a day, enable the creation and localisation of 100s of campaigns a month, and build tools that support operations in the Lounge and Fashion Store studios in Berlin and studio partners across Europe.
In 2025, we are expanding our teams to leverage AI for content creation and building teams dedicated to implementing AI at scale to create both product and editorial imagery. And, looking to the future, what are the commercial opportunities this might unlock in collaboration with ZMS and ZEOS.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Strategic leadership with engineering and UX teams: Serve as the strategic driver, aligning engineering and UX efforts to achieve transformative outcomes. Provide thought leadership to envision bold and scalable product solutions that meet the evolving needs of fashion content creation.
Ownership of the multi-year product roadmap: Develop and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap that aligns with overarching business goals. Communicate this vision effectively to senior stakeholders, ensuring cross-team alignment and broad organizational support.
Define and champion the platform vision: Lead the articulation of the platform vision, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop compelling narratives, PRFAQs, and long-term plans that inspire internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with senior leaders to shape commercial strategies: Collaborate closely with executive leaders across Studios and companion business units to architect strategies for commercializing content creation. Drive initiatives that connect content solutions to measurable business outcomes and support the realization of our three-year vision.
Drive innovation with AI at scale: Spearhead initiatives leveraging AI to scale content creation, ensuring products are not only cutting-edge but also deeply integrated into operational workflows to maximize impact.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Product methods & tools: Several years of Product Management experience, leading the development of customer facing products in a cross-functional team set up. Thought leader with a strong understanding of product methods and tools as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical approaches
Product Vision & Strategy: You are able to set and explain a product vision, driving the product strategy forward across multiple product teams and bring a proven track record in managing the end-to-end product life cycle. You have the ability to translate that vision and your ideas for any audience, through well-crafted strategic documents, thorough requirements, and clear communication with stakeholders.
Customer mindset: You are a natural problem-solver and are experienced with understanding customer needs and turning them into remarkable products that solve meaningful customer and partner problems while delivering business impact.
Technical Acumen: Experience in transforming customer and partner needs into technology products at scale (from idea generation to solution design and implementation/execution) gained in a highly technical environment
Collaboration: You are an empathetic, egoless and passionate team player and collaborator with a track record of leading cross functional teams through influence, not hierarchy, who can excite others to contribute to innovate and improve customer experience.
Communication: Ability to transform distributed information into written narratives to inform decision-making paired with bar-raising storytelling capabilities. Excellent verbal communication to large and diverse audiences, up to the executive team
Analytical acumen: You are an analytical mind, with the expertise to evaluate quantitative and qualitative data, and draw insights to make informed product decisions by defining success criteria and measuring the impact of the product. You excel in gathering and analyzing customer insights to drive product innovation and improvements.
Commercial Acumen: You are able to use user insights, market benchmarks and commercial data to assess the impact of your plans in line with business objectives
Multiple domains: you have experience in navigating complex environments with a high level of ambiguity, working closely with several cross functional teams in Design, Engineering, and Commercial.
