Why meditate at work?

In the rush of emails, meetings, and deadlines, it's easy to feel stressed and overwhelmed. Taking a few minutes to close your laptop and meditate can be a game-changer. It's not just about relaxing; it's about making a simple switch to a clearer, more productive mind.

Meditation is a great way to calm the mind and dissolve inner tension through awareness. A busy day can overwhelm our minds and emotions with all the to-dos and challenges that happen to everyone. But we can only act and respond to challenges efficiently from a state of inner calmness and clarity.

About our instructor

Jazgul Arzumanian saw a great impact from meditation and awareness practices on her mental state. This affected her performance, happiness, and wellbeing. For over a year, she’s been holding a space for Zalandos to meditate daily and live from a more beautiful state of being.

What's part of the practice:

  • Serene Mind: This practice aims to dissolve inner stress – any inner disturbance like worry, anxiety, fear, anger, disappointment, boredom, or dissatisfaction. The steps are designed to reduce activity in the amygdala and activate the prefrontal cortex. Those who practice Serene Mind regularly see a reduction in their tendency to feel stressed and an increase in resilience.
  • Soul Sync: This practice aims to transcend a calm state by moving your awareness from a limited consciousness to a limitless consciousness. In a state of oneness with all that exists, there are no limitations, and we’re the creators of our own lives. We set an intention from this expanded state and welcome greater synchronicity in life to manifest it.
