Who we are

Our team of project and program managers are the driving force across all of Zalando where strategy and execution meet. To best achieve Zalando’s operational and financial goals, we leverage Prince and are grounded in Agile methodologies to schedule and run initiatives and determine the optimal resources. We navigate constraints, stay on top of all project data and provide crucial input for forecasting and business analysis. Across all business areas of Zalando, we are the powerhouse that continuously steers toward strategic growth.
