THE ROLE & THE TEAM

You will join the Customer Experience Analytics team. Our main goal is to delve deep into the customer experience, revealing its hidden elements. We are part of the customer care organisation, putting us in a unique position to understand and detect customer issues better and faster than any other team. We empower various teams across the entire organisation to tackle the hidden opportunities that we discover, ensuring a continuously improving experience for our customers. In this role, you will spearhead the development of the Customer Experience Intelligent Hub, an AI-powered platform that integrates data from various sources, enabling stakeholders to independently explore the customer journeys. This will empower us to efficiently decode the customer experience, pinpoint defects in our customers' journey, and identify their root causes.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • Strategic Product Leadership: Define and articulate the product strategy and roadmap for the Customer Experience Intelligent Hub, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and direct responsiveness to customer needs.

  • Collaborative Technical Planning: Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications, effectively prioritizing features for iterative development and delivery.

  • Comprehensive Product Development: Spearhead the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation through to successful launch, guaranteeing seamless integration, user adoption, and organizational alignment.

  • Technology-Driven Problem Solving: Apply your robust foundation in technology to identify and address business challenges, harnessing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and inspire a team of software engineers by setting a clear vision, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and providing guidance and mentorship.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • Technical Expertise: You have hands-on experience with SQL, a programming language (ideally Python), data visualization tools (e.g., MicroStrategy), cloud services, and working with LLMs in production use cases.

  • Product Development Leadership: You have a proven track record in leading the entire product development lifecycle for technology products, driving projects from ideation and requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and successful launch, ensuring seamless adoption and alignment with business objectives.

  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: You are adept at tackling complex technical challenges, possess strong analytical skills, and can devise efficient, scalable solutions.

  • Ownership and Strategic Thinking: You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership over your projects, coupled with the ability to think strategically, making informed decisions that balance immediate needs with long-term vision.

  • People Leadership Skills: You have successful experience in leading and developing diverse teams.

  • Communication and Teamwork: You excel in a collaborative environment, can articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
