WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED…
Monitor and optimise the performance of the international 3PL Warehouse operations network
Coordinate the implementation of new processes and facilitate best practice sharing and standardisation within the network
Lead and support network wide logistics projects across different departments and warehouses (across Europe)
Be an consultant for internal stakeholders concerning logistics operations and facilitate cooperation across teams.
Prepare and accompany the go-live and ramp up of new logistics centres
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…
You posses a university degree in business administration, logistics, economics, industrial engineering, supply chain management or a comparable degree
You have excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written, with the ability to engage with multilingual international stakeholders and teams at various levels (Sr. Management to C level) and from various subject areas (especially warehouse operations, Transport operations and tech product). German skills are a big advantage.
You have a profound understanding of logistics processes with 5-10 years of experience in logistics (especially in warehouse logistics).
You have experience in leading small to medium size projects in the field of logistics.
You possess analytical thinking, a solution-oriented approach and goal-oriented communication
You are willing to travel to the locations of our logistics partners in Europe
