As an Engineering Lead in our Fashion Store Marketing – Channels & Media – department in Berlin, you will oversee technology delivery to assist in Marketing group initiatives. You will drive the development of our applications enabling audience management, ads automatisation and Social Media channel tooling.
You Are Setting Standards
Delivery. You plan and drive all projects impacting the Marketing area.
Vision. You develop and execute mid- and long-term technical vision and architecture with your teams while closely collaborating with other Engineering Managers to be in line with our overall tech strategy.
Collaboration. You work closely with Product Owners / Product Specialists to ensure alignment and on time delivery.
Impact. You develop your team members in all aspects related to software development and help them solve technical challenges to their full potential.

You Are Skilled
Technologies. In working hands-on with Java, API design and Google's advertising stack as well as architecting and building high volume, low latency, highly available systems.
Experience. In bringing 5-10 years of hands-on experience within the ad tech domain and in working preferably with bidders, pacers and ad performance optimizations.
Leadership. In leading, coaching and mentoring software engineers and you have 2+ years of experience as a team lead working on complex products in an agile way.
Stakeholder Management. In managing priorities, conflicts as well as understanding and communicating effectively with internal business customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
Ad Tech Knowledge. With a good understanding of the advertising business and the ability to balance native applications, third party systems and in-house tooling.
