As a Business Analyst at Zalando adtech lab within the Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for the validation and aggregation of collected data and working closely with our Product Managers.

Zalando’s adtech lab spearheads our data-driven media buying efforts with a focus on fashion-oriented buying strategies for accurate and relevant consumer targeting. Machine learning, high-level database modeling, metrics definition, trend analysis and report generation are crucial to our business. We are Zalando’s ad-technology forge and an integral contributor to Zalando Media Solutions.

You Are Setting Standards

Ownership. You and your team will consult and help our teams to develop, implement and maintain sustainable, high-performance, growth-ready data-processing and data integration systems.

Expertise. You will join a team that is focused on the aggregation, validation and analysis of mathematical and graphical data to carry out successful high performance advertising campaigns. You and your team will work truly cross-functional with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Variety. From Fashion Store to Brand Solutions to Business Assurance and Smart Logistics, you will collaborate with our 120+ teams across Europe integrating our system.

You Are Skilled

Experience. Strong statistical background and quick to recognize patterns as well as solutions. Experience and understanding of the online advertising industry is a plus.

Big Data. Create, interpret, and analyze mathematical and graphical data to carry out successful company advertising campaigns. Demonstrated expertise and desire to work hands-on in analyzing and modeling large data sets.

Ownership. Develop expertise in understanding our business and become first point-of-contact for other teams. Interpret and formulate recommended action plans based on unique analytics.

Technologies. Experience in at least one of the programming languages R, matlab, SQL, Python.
