As a Tech Support Manager, you will work in the Product Support Team both on a practical and a project management level. You will take an active part in solving technical issues with internal systems, improving our processes and finding new ways of supporting Product teams with data and actionable insights. In your day to day work, you will handle the communication with multiple teams (tech and commercial) with the goal of taking tech developments to the next level. 


  • Investigate and troubleshoot in the scope of brand integrations, article onboarding and order flows by using multiple systems, logs and SQL queries
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights to Product teams and closely collaborate with them to ensure operational issues are factored into product development plans and help prioritise developments based on issue volume, impact and other metrics [*product = internal systems]
  • Build trust and handle communication with product users by providing guidance, prioritisatising support requests and firmly setting expectations while maintaining close and positive relationship
  • Increase internal team efficiency by developing internal documentation and conducting trainings related to product


  • Strong technical affinity and hands-on experience in writing basic SQL queries
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus), both verbal and written
  • Strong project coordination and prioritisation skills. Ability to act with efficiency and confidence when exposed to a stakeholder or time pressure
  • Analytical skills and experience in improvement of systems and processes (knowledge of project management or process improvements methodologies - eg. SixSigma, Agile)
  • Proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative approach to problem solving
