As a Tech Support Manager (internal title), you will work in the Product Support Team both on a practical and a project management level. You will take an active part in solving technical issues with internal systems, improving our processes and finding new ways of supporting Product teams with data and actionable insights. In your day to day work, you will handle the communication with multiple teams (tech and commercial) with the goal of taking tech developments to the next level.
