In the area of Customer Care, you’ll be part of a core team whose purpose it is to provide customers and customer care agents with information about zalando’s operations and steps of the journey. We are looking for Software Engineers to help us reach the next level, building a reliable set of systems that will assist the customer in a variaety of ways.

Some of the topics on our roadmap are:

  • Integrating email communication with customers into the Customer Care Tool
  • Provide a better Self Help Experience, by adding more personalization
  • Leverage Ai for helping both Customer Care Agents and Customers
  • A/B Testing communication Channels and help articles, along with their personalization.

Your are skilled

  • 3+ years of Experience with Java, knowledge in other technologies is a plus
  • Technical Degree is a plus
  • You are able and willing to learn new technologies.
  • You are keen on working in an experienced, autonomous, agile team and collaborating closely with our product and business side.
  • You are experienced in building, evaluating, maintaining and improving large scale data-driven products as well as operating them (DevOp).
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms like Amazon AWS is a plus.
