As a Senior Manager (all genders) responsible for Corporate Product Quality Assurance, you have ownership of the quality of the product and materials while supporting our operational teams to develop our Supply Chain Partners. You together with your peers in the Corporate Product compliance team are securing the best quality products in alignment with our physical and chemical standards.

Risk assessment validation and input to ensure innovation and new materials are in alignment with our policies and legal requirements in all our markets.
Input on difficult product cases (commercial decision, customer service case)
Build and host trainings, plus ensure methods are followed globally for suppliers/partners
Driving and participating in forums where collaboration with all quality assurance stakeholders ensures better processes e.g. design, sustainability, logistics, product safety and quality teams leads to
Own the central product compliance communication timelines to ensure that our quality and safety requirements are delivered accurately and timely according to set processes.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have completed relevant studies e.g. a degree in fashion design, textile technology, or engineering or a similar field and have expert knowledge in quality assurance and the product quality area.
At least 5 years of experience and an understanding of how to implement changes in the supply chain.
You have been working in the 1st or 2nd line of defence in the product safety and quality assurance team, preferably in the apparel industry and/ or have a background in the testing industry.
Preferably you have a good knowledge of product safety and legal requirements even if the quality of the product and quality management is where you have your expertise.
As the Senior Manager for Corporate Product Quality, you deliver on the areas you have ownership of by living our values every day and primarily through collaboration and teamwork.
You come with strong project management skills, can work independently when needed and are not afraid to make decisions within your area of responsibility.
You have strong stakeholder and time management skills.
