THE ROLE & THE TEAM
The Org Admin Team is responsible for handling the operational structures and reporting lines in Workday and SAP HCM. Core tasks include data maintenance of vacancies, cost centers and performance management data.
The team collaborates as well with the Org Design Team by implementing operationally all organizational changes for the Zalando entities.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
As a Senior Specialist Org Admin (m/f/d) you’ll be responsible for supporting our leads and employees by running all daily Org Management (P&O) processes smoothly. You will work closely with the People Services teams, P&O Business Partners and other teams from People Experience.
You will be responsible for maintaining our Org-management data in Workday and SAP and proactively keeping track of the data quality and the cost center management.
You will contribute to specific projects with different stakeholders to improve our customer experience and support the team by taking over responsibility for processes, tasks and projects such as piloting tools and designing workflows.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have a data driven profile with demonstrated career history in similar controlling or analytics roles of at least 1-2 years, holding a university degree in economics, business administration or similar disciplines
A controlling mindset with ability to challenge & support our stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis to enable our growth strategy, understanding key trade-offs and actively supporting business decisions
An expert in reporting tools. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is required, knowledge of Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets and Slides), Microstrategy and Power Pivot is a plus
You have a very analytical mindset and can break down complex problems into their simplest forms. In addition, you can uncover the root cause of problems and devise appropriate improvement opportunities
You are a great communicator and enjoy working together with colleagues to achieve common goals. People trust your judgment and follow your advice
