THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As one of our 1st Level Support Experts (all genders), you will collaborate with our People Operations team to deliver an exceptional employee experience. Serving as the first point of contact, you will handle HR-related inquiries from both national and international employees through our internal ticketing system. Additionally, you will play a key role in optimizing HR processes, enhancing self-service capabilities, and improving workflow efficiency.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
You are responsible for processing inquiries from our employees, such as vacation, work related accidents etc. including more complex clarification cases such as salary-related questions
You are responsible for the inbox of personnel-related documents and forwarding them to the responsible P&O teams
You communicate confidently with employees and other stakeholders in written and spoken German and English
You bring analytical skills for building a KPI dashboard and analysing
You are passionate about digitising and automating processes to drive self-service for our employees and reduce the manual effort for the team
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have completed commercial training or hold a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a related field
You bring several years of HR experience, ideally in a Shared Service Center within People Operations
You are familiar with tools like Workday and ServiceNow or you have the ability to quickly learn new tools
You are have a hands-on mentality, are solution-oriented and can quickly change perspectives
You have experience optimizing or automating processes, possibly with exposure to AI-driven solutions.
You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English
