THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Lead for the UK to oversee and manage all HR activities within the region. This role combines strategic leadership with administrative responsibilities for all UK HR processes. As the HR Lead, you will represent all HR Centers of Excellence, work closely with our HQ, and ensure that initiatives are effectively implemented. This role plays a crucial part in shaping Tradebyte’s culture and supporting its growth potential.
You will drive continuous improvement by updating policies and procedures in line with UK best practices and legal requirements. Additionally, you will provide leadership in resolving employee relations issues, handling sensitive matters such as disciplinary actions, performance concerns, and sickness management.
Please note that this is a maternity leave cover and a temporary fixed-term contract for one year.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll ensure the successful delivery of the HR strategy in the UK, including key initiatives like people and leadership development, performance management, employer branding, and establishing the UK as a true Tech Hub.
You’ll identify, create, and drive UK-specific HR projects that align with our overall strategy and objectives.
You’ll lead projects related to external employer branding and recruiting efforts to attract top talent.
You’ll enhance internal employer branding, focusing on talent retention and people development through initiatives such as onboarding, employee life cycle management, and TB.Mood actions.
You’ll develop UK-specific training programs and provide coaching support for existing employees, working closely with HR Business Partners.
You’ll collaborate with HQ to implement Workday in the UK, ensuring quality assurance of the employee lifecycle and translating strategy adaptations into actionable projects.
WHAT WE`RE LOOKING FOR
You have CIPD Level 7 certification.
You have a solid background as a HR generalist, with experience in organizations of similar scale and complexity, enabling you to navigate diverse HR challenges effectively.
You have at least 5 years of experience in HR roles, where you've developed a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
You have in-depth knowledge of UK employment law, ensuring that all HR activities comply with legal requirements and best practices.
