THE ROLE & THE TEAM

Join our Global Employer Branding Team as an Employer Branding Specialist (all genders). In a nutshell, as an Employee Branding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our employer brand to attract top talent and engage current employees. Your responsibilities will include managing employer branding projects, developing, managing & analyzing recruitment marketing strategies, and creating compelling content that highlights our company culture, values, and opportunities. In this role, you will create, lead and execute initiatives that drive employee engagement, support long-term organizational goals, and position us as a preferred employer in the talent market. As a key member of the Employer Branding Team, you will report to the Team Lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, talent acquisition and business units to deliver impactful employer branding projects.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

Recruitment marketing & performance:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.

  • Create and manage targeted recruitment campaigns across various channels, including social media, job boards, and company websites.

  • Analyze recruitment marketing data and metrics to optimize campaigns and improve candidate engagement.

  • Partner with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and tailor marketing efforts to specific roles and demographics.

  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

 


Project management:

  • Lead and manage employer branding projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and communications, to execute branding initiatives.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Conduct regular project evaluations and report on key metrics to assess effectiveness and impact.

 

Content creation and management:

  • Develop and curate engaging content that showcases our company culture, values, and employee experiences.

  • Manage content calendars and ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand presence across all platforms.

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, blogs, and social media posts.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our content strategy.
     

 

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Employer Branding, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in using digital recruitment marketing tools and platforms is a must.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to produce engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.

  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive informed decisions from a recruitment marketeer’s lens.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
