WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

As a Senior Content Marketing Manager (B2B), you will be responsible for developing and executing our thought leadership strategy, overseeing the creation of high-quality content, and further enhancing our B2B brand. You will be the steward of our brand’s integrity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all content initiatives.

ZEOS is part of Zalando, leveraging the company’s infrastructure, technology, and expertise to build an operating system for fashion & lifestyle. Established in 2023, ZEOS is developing tools that allow brands and retailers to manage their multi-channel business in one place. We aim to enable seamless e-commerce across Europe: from new market entry and expansion to optimization and business steering. The first ZEOS product is called ZEOS Fulfillment, and it gives brands and retailers the ability to fulfill their multi-channel sales using one stock pool, one integration, and one user interface. Being a small unit within a big company enables us to act fast but with backup from one of the leading online platforms for fashion and lifestyle in Europe.

  • You will develop and execute a comprehensive thought leadership strategy to position ZEOS as an industry leader within fashion & lifestyle ecommerce.

  • You will oversee content production and editorial calendars across all channels and formats, including managing content agency relationships.

  • You will identify key themes, topics, and content formats through market research, audience insights, and collaboration with internal stakeholders from product, sales, strategy, and Zalando Group communications and marketing teams.

  • As the ZEOS brand guardian, you will oversee and maintain consistency in both visual and written elements, ensuring the integrity of the brand’s identity. This includes collaborating closely with designers and agencies to execute design projects aligned with brand guidelines and monitoring brand consistency across various communication channels and campaigns.

    WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF...

    • You are an all-rounder with 6+ years of experience in B2B content marketing; e-commerce industry and/or logistics experience is a plus. 

    • You are a native or near-native English speaker, with strong writing and communications skills and an ability to translate complex logistics topics into compelling and engaging content.

    • You have a demonstrated track record of developing successful content strategies across key B2B channels and formats, including LinkedIn, email marketing, blog articles, webinars, case studies, and white papers.

    • You love working with data, with the ability to translate insights into compelling data stories and adjust strategies based on content performance metrics.

    • You have demonstrated project management experience and are confident in managing cross-functional processes and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    • An eye for design is essential; proficiency in InDesign is a plus.

    • You are a creative thinker with the skills to innovate and enhance brand positioning through compelling content and design initiatives.
